Demonstrate knowledge of meat department operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; cut, wrap, and prepare meat products according to standards;

Use handheld technology to drive sales and assist with production, training, and product quality;
Be an Owner:
Maintain work area per company policies, ensure quality and date control for meat products, prevent waste, assist members with purchasing decisions, and ensure proper packaging and labeling;

Represent the department and club with high-quality service and products; model energy and commitment.
