fab’rik is a female founded, female led fashion boutique retailer and franchisor headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Our mission is to make women feel beautiful inside and out by curating limited edition assortments of the best fashion apparel at an amazing value. Our unique, personalized shopping experience is provided by our passionate store stylists who create a one-on-one shopping experience in our boutiques.

We believe in giving back to the communities we serve through our free fab’rik program, which provides free shopping sprees for women in distress.

Role

Description:

fab'rik prides itself on first class customer service so all of our stylists are true personal shoppers, people who love fashion and everything to do with it. They love working with people and helping them find the perfect outfit and dressing to impress. They search out the latest trends and are not afraid to push the envelope. Our stylists are extremely dedicated, creative and give honest opinions.

It is their goal to have customers leave the store feeling more beautiful then when they entered.

As part of the team, you will be a key contributor in meeting the monthly sales goals. Your attitude will create the fab'rik experience for each customer; comfortable, inspiring and exciting. You will help create and setup fab'rik events and parties, everything from sales, VIP Parties, personal styling appointments and trunk-shows that have never been thrown before.

This is a part-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Stylist at our Dunwoody, GA location. The Sales Stylist will be responsible for the following but not limited to.

Your Job:

• Follow the fab'rik formula
• Connect and WOW our customers
• Maintain a clean store front
• Steam and unbox clothing
• Set up Personal Styling Appointments
• Participate in Social Media for example, daily try on hauls
• Participate and set up fab'rik events

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience
• Knowledge and passion for fashion and styling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to connect with customers
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work alone and stay focused
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include retail experience, knowledge of inventory management, and experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
