FOS, Pilot Uniform Store Associate, DPS

The Pilot Uniform Store Associate supports the daily operations of the Pilot Uniform Store located at the Delta Training Center. This role provides exceptional customer service to pilots, new hires, and other customers by assisting with uniform fittings, merchandise selection, product education, and transaction processing. The position contributes to an efficient store environment through inventory support, merchandising, and adherence to company policies and procedures while helping ensure a positive customer experience and supporting the overall Pilot Uniform Program.

• Assist pilots, new hires, and customers with uniform fittings, sizing recommendations, merchandise selection, and product inquiries.
• Provide a professional, timely, and customer-focused experience while addressing customer needs and concerns.
• Educate customers on uniform program requirements, ordering processes, and available product options.

• Support day-to-day store operations, including point-of-sale transactions, cash handling, merchandise displays, stock replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment that reflects company standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned.

• Maintain knowledge of uniform products, sizing specifications, garment care instructions, promotions, and exchange/payment procedures.
• Provide accurate and consistent information to customers regarding store policies and uniform program guidelines.

• Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and monitoring inventory to maintain product availability.
• Coordinate with external vendors and store leadership regarding inventory replenishment, special orders, and product availability issues.
• Support inventory counts and identify discrepancies for resolution.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and operational controls to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Support store security and loss prevention efforts by identifying and reporting potential concerns.
• Safeguard company assets and customer information in accordance with established standards.
