5–7+ years of store and sales management experience in luxury home furnishings or a related retail environment. Design or business degree/certification preferred. Strong entrepreneurial vision with the ability to innovate, problem-solve, and lead with ownership. Strong analytical ability with the capacity to react quickly to selling trends and drive profitable results. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional client journey that drives loyalty and measurable results.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills. Tech-savvy; comfortable using CRM systems and design software. Understand and analyze customer behavior to implement actions that convert each visitor into a buying customer. Passion for luxury design.
