The Sales Manager oversees the sales experience and performance of assigned store departments. This role leads teams, partners with other departments, and builds a customer-oriented luxury retail experience while driving sales and business goals.
Responsibilities- Drive departmental sales and growth in alignment with company goals.
- Oversee merchandise presentation and communications with merchant and vendor partners.
- Lead team execution, set departmental priorities, and contribute to store strategic goals.
- Review business results with buyers and develop action plans.
- Partner with client development leads to establish plans and strategies.
- Analyze customer behavior, trends, and preferences and adjust processes accordingly.
- Plan departmental budgets, manage expenses, and support audit compliance.
- Manage people, product placement, and sales promotions.
- At least 4 years of experience, including luxury retail fashion experience.
- Demonstrated results and experience building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
