Summary
The Associate Asset Protection Manager supports the store's asset protection strategy and day-to-day operations. The role focuses on inventory integrity, shortage reduction, investigations, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Asset Protection Manager in executing asset protection strategy and operations.
- Monitor inventory reports, audits, and investigations to protect inventory integrity.
- Communicate shortage results and concerns to store teams and implement initiatives to address them.
- Help hire, develop, and manage Asset Protection Investigators.
- Oversee audit execution and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
- Partner with store teams to maintain shortage-control processes and meet asset protection objectives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail asset protection experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- College degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of asset protection, loss prevention, and investigative procedures.
- Strong communication, collaboration, data analysis, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
