The Merchandising Operations Associate supports merchandise flow, store presentation, and back-of-house organization. This role helps maintain a positive customer experience by processing, replenishing, and presenting merchandise according to company standards.
Responsibilities- Receive and process merchandise, deliver it to departments, and replenish products as needed.
- Maintain the selling floor, fitting rooms, merchandise displays, and back-of-house areas.
- Process transfers, customer sends, vendor returns, markdowns, and related tasks.
- Respond to customer needs, assist on the sales floor, and follow asset protection procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with warehouse duties in a retail, customer service, or sales environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Knowledge of the fashion industry and experience with inventory systems and retail equipment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
