Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed fintech company transforming how small businesses access working capital through embedded lending. This is an early-stage opportunity to join a scaling team and help shape the future of commercial credit.
They are looking for a driven Account Executive/Manager with 3–5 years’ experience selling commercial lending products to SMBs. You’ll own the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and consistently drive revenue growth using a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and close new SMB lending opportunities from provided lead sources
- Manage a strong sales pipeline and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Assess customer financial needs and present tailored lending solutions
- Guide clients through application, underwriting, and closing
- Stay informed on market trends and represent the company at industry events
- Collaborate closely with underwriting and marketing teams
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in commercial lending or SMB finance
- Strong knowledge of small business credit products and decision drivers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative team player
