In this role,you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of industrial-gradesoftware solutions and a proven track recordinbusiness development. You willbe responsible for developing and executing strategic account planningandestablishingrelationships withnewclients to drive growth.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Generate new pipelineby actively prospecting.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder decisions and manage complex sales cycles .
- Understand customer business-drivers and develop business cases to land new logos.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships(build andmaintainlong-lasting relationships) withprospectiveclients to drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with HPSVertical Growth
Salesteamand
HCImarketing, product development, and after-marketservices, to align sales initiatives with overall business goals. - Provide feedback to improve GTM strategy.
- Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly results utilizing
Salesforce . - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all sales activities.
- Focus on new logos and market entry
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalentbonus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial solution sales, Software Solutions in Process /Asset Management domains.
- Proven experience in prospecting, attainingnew accounts,and commitment to customer victory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and partners at all levels.
- Willingness to travel 50% or higherto meet with clients, attend industry events, and support sales activities.
- Experience with CRM
- Aptitude to learn advanced solutions like
L3 (Process Optimization, Asset Monitoring, Simulation solutions) and/or L4 solutions such as MES, Supply Chain, IIOT Solutions, Industry 4.0, including next generation AI and outcome-based solutions
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience selling Enterprisesoftware-solutions in the industrial sector through Cloud, SaaS commercial models.
- Familiarity with SFDC and similar salesenablement tools.
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
The salary range for this position is ($. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This role is INCENTIVE eligible
