Position: Sales Operations Specialist / Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Specialist / Manager based in Atlanta, GA.

Role Description

You’ll own the full sales cycle. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role where you will own the full sales lifecycle—from outbound prospecting to deal closure—while working closely with delivery leaders and executive management.

Responsibilities
  • Generate pipeline from ICP accounts via value-driven out bounding
  • Build and grow client relationships, expanding market share within MSAs and new enterprise accounts
  • Manage full sales cycle – prospecting, development, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Build, manage, and close a pipeline against set revenue targets
  • Expected to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

  • Skills
    :
    Strong communication and customer service abilities, expertise in sales and sales management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience
    :
    Background in logistics and proficiency in CRM software preferred. Total 10 years of sales experience; 5 years of experience in working with a Logistics company; 3 years in IT staffing sales or account management; a strong record of winning new business and growing existing accounts; outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
