Job Overview
A client with Kforce is seeking a Marketing Manager III to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The focus of this role is to drive the growth of Quick Books products through Outbound Marketing and Sales Innovation. The primary responsibility is to design, develop, test and iterate on the Outbound Sales Marketing Strategy, working with stakeholders across sales, marketing, segment, channel, and finance partners to deliver awesome experiences for customers and prospects.
Responsibilities- Develop best‑in‑class marketing campaigns that drive awareness and consideration for our small business offerings.
- Optimize existing outbound campaigns by building a continuous test‑and‑learn program to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Influence and evangelize the lead marketing strategy across the Quick Books ecosystem, building high‑effective relationships with partners.
- Design sales‑contact and email content for agents, implementing automation to drive sales conversion of new and existing customers.
- BA/BS required with related work experience in marketing and/or sales.
- 3‑5 years of marketing experience leading initiatives and cross‑functional execution.
- 1‑2 years of experience in outbound sales marketing and lead management (a plus).
- Experience with direct sales organizations and or Eloqua (or similar CRM and marketing automation).
- Strong project‑management skills that drive execution across functions.
- Customer‑obsessed mindset: listening to customers and making decisions that benefit the entire portfolio.
- Proficiency in segmentation and targeting to create exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with small businesses (a plus).
- Ability to influence across teams and at the executive level to achieve results.

CompensationThe pay range presented is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
