* Collaborate with programming, marketing, digital operations, and podcast teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
* Proven success selling
** streaming audio, podcasts, and digital media
*** Familiarity with
** programmatic platforms** (Amazon DSP, Stack Adapt, The Trade Desk) and the ability to educate clients on programmatic audio buying
* Ability to articulate the power of
** first‑party data**, digital targeting, and cross‑device attribution
* Strong understanding of
** multi‑format digital advertising** (display, video, mobile, social, email)
* Ability to build integrated campaigns using
** iHeart

Radio, iHeart

Podcasts, station websites, social media, and promotional content
*** You should be able to plan and
** multi-task in a fast-paced environment**.
* Comfortable with cold-calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients as part of lead generation efforts.
* A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a
** High School Diploma** (College Degree preferred) are required.
* You should also be skilled in

** Microsoft Office and social networking platforms.
* Strong problem-solving skills; by exercising these skills, you help business grow to the fullest potential.
