Position: Account Executive (AE) – eCommerce  (US Market)

AdScale helps thousands of eCommerce brands globally increase online sales through AI-driven performance advertising. Our platform automates targeting, creative production, and campaign management across major channels. We are redefining the traditional agency model with AI by turning a service into software, so brands get more control, greater efficiency, and faster scale.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a high-performing Account Executive to sell AdScale directly to eCommerce brands in the U.S. You will own the full sales cycle from first call to close and be accountable for a clear quota. This is our fastest-growing business line, and we are expanding the team to meet demand. Our Marketing team generates most opportunities, so success comes from speed to lead, disciplined execution, and thriving in a high-velocity environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, objection handling, negotiation, and close.
  • Work primarily with marketing-generated inbound leads, while maintaining light outbound to support pipeline coverage.
  • Run compelling virtual product demos tailored to eCommerce pain points (ROAS, CAC, creative fatigue, scaling, attribution).
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene in CRM and forecast reliably.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on lead quality, messaging, and conversion.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly quota.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce SaaS / AdTech / Mar Tech sales in the U.S. market.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota consistently.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and commercial judgment.
  • High work ethic and comfort in a demanding, high-activity role (speed-to-lead, follow-up intensity, consistent execution).
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads — preferred.
  • Experience selling to eCommerce brands — a strong advantage.
