The RoleThe Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market share within an assigned territory through distributor management and regional sales planning. This role develops and executes territory strategies, manages the sales funnel, supports key selling opportunities, and ensures that performance aligns with budget and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a regional sales plan and distributor growth strategy.
- Set, track, and adjust regional forecasts and sales goals.
- Manage key accounts and market channels at the regional level.
- Travel within the territory to build relationships, support customers, and generate orders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including product presentations, training, quoting, and customer setup.
- Maintain accurate CRM data.
- Attend trade shows and participate in major sales efforts as needed.
- 3–5 years of sales management or product marketing experience.
- Experience selling technical products through distributor channels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to execute strategic sales plans and manage territories.
- Associate’s degree required; door or relevant industry experience preferred.
- Residency with assigned region.
