The Key Account Sales Grad will help drive performance across the Large Format channel by working on real business challenges that impact how some of the largest retailers in the country, like Publix and Ahold Delhaize, support the growth of the Energy category. You will analyze performance, uncover growth opportunities, support Key Account Managers, and help develop selling recommendations that influence retailer decisions and improve in-store execution.
Working cross-functionally with Key Account Managers, Insights, and Distribution partners, you will support sales planning, improve in-store execution, and build proficiency in commercial analytics.
Reporting to the National Account Manager, you will gain hands‑on experience analyzing business performance and developing strategic selling recommendations using tools such as Circana, Numerator, and internal Red Bull sales platforms. You will learn how to translate data and shopper insights into clear, compelling narratives and help drive retailer‑specific growth initiatives that bring strategy to life in the market.
