They provide a property management platform that helps the hospitality industry run day-to-day operations, manage reservations and direct bookings, streamline check-in and check-out, process payments, access reporting, and grow revenue.

About the Role

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth across subscription software and payments solutions. This role is primarily focused on net-new business. While some warm leads are provided, success in this role requires consistent outbound prospecting and pipeline creation.

Sales cycles vary by deal size. SMB opportunities typically close in 30 to 60 days, while larger six-figure opportunities can run 6+ months. Strong forecasting discipline and comfort managing opportunities across multiple timelines are critical to success.

What You Will Do
  • Drive new business revenue by selling cloud-based software and payment solutions to net new customers.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close, including discovery, product demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting, along with follow-up on warm inbound opportunities.
  • Manage sales cycles ranging from 30 to 60 days for SMB customers to 6+ months for larger, more complex deals.
  • Deliver clear, persuasive product demonstrations that highlight business value and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting for sales leadership.
  • Manage CRM data with discipline, ensuring accurate records and adherence to lead and deal management processes.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to support go-to-market initiatives and sales enablement efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on business improvement initiatives.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate a pipeline.

  • Consistent achievement of individual sales targets aligned to the Sales Incentive Plan.
  • Strong outbound activity that results in a qualified, converting pipeline.
  • Accurate forecasting across short and long sales cycles.
  • High levels of product adoption and expansion among new customers.
  • Trusted collaboration with Sales leadership and Marketing to refine and execute go to market strategy.
  • Professional, consultative selling that builds long term trust with prospects and customers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 2+ SaaS sales closing experience is required.
  • Experience selling at smaller or mid sized companies is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Comfortable managing and forecasting deals across multiple stages and timelines.
  • Experience using a formal sales methodology, MEDDICC or MEDDPICC experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, discovery, and relationship building skills.
