OverviewThis position develops new national used vehicle customers and meets or exceeds assigned quotas for units sold, percent of take pricing and new accounts. Structured work weeks, competitive pay plus commission, and a full benefits package.
Essential Functions- Independently identify, prospect and develop new Used Vehicle Sales (UVS) National Account opportunities.
- Develop a target account database through independent research and with the assistance of the marketing team to achieve sales quota.
- Maintain consistent and ongoing relationships with national account customers, providing updates on new technology and upselling ancillary value‑add products (e.g., prepaid maintenance, finance and extended warranty options).
- Contribute and support the UVS team to increase sales with existing National Account customers.
- Research and understand competitive influences and risks within each account to develop proactive strategies.
- Provide accurate market feedback to management.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Five (5) years or more of demonstrated sales excellence (quote achievement) in prior sales responsibilities.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Flexibility to operate and self‑driven in a fast‑paced environment.
- Capability to multi‑task, highly organized, with excellent time‑management skills.

Compensation InformationPay Type:
Salaried. Minimum Pay Range: $90,000. Maximum Pay Range: $100,000.
