System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking for individuals to join our award-winning team. The primary responsibility is to bring the System Pavers brand to life by connecting with residential homeowners to schedule a free estimate/appointment with a Design Consultant who will create an Outdoor Living System Design based on lifestyle needs. This is not a hard sales position;

you will be connecting with homeowners in their neighborhoods to identify customers interested in a free estimate for remodeling their outdoor space.

Base hourly pay is $22/hour; our average Field Marketing Associate makes about $60,000 per year including commission pay based on meeting or exceeding targets. Candidate must be able to work weekends.

• Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport
• Canvassing neighborhoods to talk with customers about their needs and vision
• Attending home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeowners
• Maintain a customer-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction
• Efficiently utilize company technology platforms using a tablet and necessary software

• Average FMA makes $60,000/year
• Hourly pay rate of $22/hour
• $250 commission on each closed sale
• Paid training
• Advancement opportunities into roles such as team leaders, design consultants, and more

• Be 18 years+ with a good driving record and reliable transportation
• Be able to be on your feet throughout most of the day
• Be friendly and outgoing with good verbal communication skills
• Be able to work weekends and special events
• Be willing to train and excited to represent our brand
