Position Overview

The Account Manager (Risk Advisor) is a sales‑driven, in‑office role focused on growing the agency by converting leads into long‑term customer relationships. This position works directly with clients to assess risk, educate them on coverage options, and provide customized insurance solutions in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and follow up on leads to schedule appointments and close new business
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to assess customer risks and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Convert prospects into long-term clients through consultative, relationship-based sales
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Collaborate with team members on marketing and sales initiatives
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses within a short time (training provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-oriented mindset with comfort working toward goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment
  • Proficiency with computers, CRMs, and Windows-based systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior insurance or financial services sales experience
  • Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Customer service or relationship-management background
