Sales Representative – Financial Education (B2C | Warm Leads)

Compensation: $90,000–$150,000+ annually (guaranteed base + commission)
Job Type: Full-time | Benefits Included
Location: Onsite - Trading Academy Atlanta

About the Role

Online Trading Academy is hiring a B2C Sales Representative / Enrollment Specialist to work with warm, highly engaged prospects who attend our live and virtual educational events.

This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role focused on helping individuals determine whether our financial education programs align with their goals. All leads are provided—
no cold calling
.

If you enjoy structured sales conversations, meaningful client interactions, and representing a well-established brand in financial education, this role offers strong earning potential and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Engage warm prospects who attend Trading Academy seminars and orientations
  • Conduct consultative conversations to understand goals, experience, and fit
  • Recommend appropriate education pathways based on individual needs

    Guide prospects through enrollment using a professional, ethical sales approach
  • Track activity and follow-ups in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with instructors and operations teams to support the student experience
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of sales experience (B2C preferred; high-ticket or intangible sales a plus)
  • Consultative selling style with strong listening and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort discussing personal goals, education, and long-term outcomes
  • Coachable, growth-oriented mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
  • $90,000–$150,000+ annual earning potential
