Position

Associate (Broker)

Location:

Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities
  • Engage in prospecting through cold calling and utilizing various resources to identify new leads.
  • Research new leads to uncover, identify and connect within target markets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and analytics team to create tailored proposals.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • List and promote retail investment properties.
  • Cultivate relationships with influential decision-makers.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of investment sales transaction experience.
  • Currently holds a Salesperson/Broker license or is willing to begin process to obtain one within 30 days of starting.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is advantageous but not obligatory.
  • Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate is preferred.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and a willingness to exceed expectations.
  • Proficiency in critical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and adeptness in research.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Strong work ethic coupled with a drive for excellence.
  • Strong client service mindset.
Compensation

This position operates as a 1099 independent contractor full commission team agreement incentive plan basis.
