Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Northwest submarkets of Atlanta, GA. The Community Sales Consultant will be responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the home purchasing process. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, providing consultations, achieving sales goals, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires maintaining a professional and proactive approach while building relationships with potential buyers to help them find their perfect home.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales Consulting, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  • Excellent skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive and engaging home-buying experience.
  • Strong Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a high‑paced, customer‑focused environment with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in real estate sales or a related field is advantageous.
  • Availability to work independently and on the weekend.
  • Ability to tap into local realtor network and build relationships to provide exceptional customer experience to future home buyers.
