Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth:
    Meet and exceed sales targets by managing a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Own the sales cycle:
    From prospecting to closing, you take accountability for every step.
  • Prospect with purpose:
    Leverage outbound strategies including phone, email, Linked In, networking and industry events to build your book of business.
  • Deliver value:
    Position Extu's offerings to address customer needs through a solution first, consultative approach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally:
    Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships:
    Develop trust and credibility with clients for long-term growth.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quota.
  • Incentive experience preferred.
  • SaaS/Martech/Channel Marketing Experience a plus
  • Proactive hunter with a high aptitude for building net new business and a proven, repeatable outbound strategy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator, and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365).
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse buyer personas.
  • High integrity and a solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
