Sales Manager (Part-Time, Remote)We’re looking for a confident, people-loving Sales Manager who knows how to close the sale
, build real relationships, and help grow a buzzing, connected community—both in-studio and online. This role blends high-energy connection with focused, intentional sales execution and strong attention to detail. Fun? Yes. Casual? No. The numbers matter here.
You’ll be the driving force behind our sales pipeline while also supporting brand awareness by capturing and activating content in real time. You’ll oversee a small Client Experience Team, keeping sales performance strong and consistent—even when you’re offline for the weekend.
What You’ll DoOwn the full sales cycle: outbound outreach, lead nurturing, follow-ups, and closing.
Deliver a standout client experience that confidently guides leads from first touch to committed member.
Host and support evening dance classes Monday–Friday, closing sales during and after classes.
Capture class-related photo and video content during class for the social media team to support brand awareness and marketing initiatives.
Actively engage in social media mining during class by inviting followers, viewers, and online leads to attend upcoming classes or programs.
Manage and support Client Experience Team Members (sales reps), providing coaching, feedback, and accountability.
Ensure sales coverage and consistency across the team at all times.
Track, analyze, and optimize sales performance and pipeline activity daily.
Collaborate with leadership to refine sales scripts, systems, and client experience processes.
Lead response time and follow-up consistency
Show rate (booked vs. attended)
Conversion rate (lead to sale)
Daily and weekly close rate
Team sales performance and activity metrics
Class-to-lead conversion and social-to-class engagement
Confident closing sales and comfortable asking for the sale.
Detail-oriented with strong discipline around numbers, tracking, and performance.
Experienced in sales and ideally coaching or managing a client-facing team.
High-energy, warm, and community-driven with strong communication skills.
Comfortable being visible in class and engaging both in-person and online.
Organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
Available for evening hours and peak sales moments.
