What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Prospect new business and maintain relationships with existing clients in the assigned territory
  • Manage relations and build rapport with distribution representatives and end-user locations
  • Target existing accounts for opportunities with premium products and line extensions
  • Drive growth and profitability through effective pricing strategies and product assortment
  • Plan and attend local and national trade shows, and conduct quarterly business reviews
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or five plus (5+) years of experience in Key Account Management within the Healthcare Industry
  • Five plus (5+) years of experience in medical sales or Key Account Management
  • Experience in the Long-Term Care market
  • Ability to travel overnight to cover the assigned geography (80% travel required)
  • Proven track record of leading the sales process for large national accounts, including prospecting and closure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in developing and executing business plans
