• On-site sales and model home experience
• Strong contract knowledge and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple buyers and build lasting client relationships
• Professional, polished, and proactive

• Represent and sell new construction homes
• Guide buyers through selections, contracts, and closing
• Maintain model home presentation and CRM follow-up
• Collaborate with builders, lenders, and marketing teams
• Drive traffic conversion and meet sales goals
