Job Overview

Inside Sales Account Executive position located in Atlanta, GA. Responsible for building strong relationships with employers across an assigned portfolio of career centers and driving revenue growth for YM Careers, part of Momentive Software.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage strong relationships with employers across an assigned portfolio of career centers.
  • Develop an understanding of recruitment and hiring challenges within assigned industry verticals.
  • Drive revenue growth by prospecting for new business, renewing existing clients, and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Execute a consistent, high level of sales outreach using modern sales tools and automation platforms.
  • Sell a comprehensive suite of recruitment advertising and employer branding solutions.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by coordinating the successful delivery of products and services.
Qualifications
  • 6 months–3 years of sales, customer-facing, or performance-based experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated with a strong sense of accountability and drive to achieve results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Competitive attitude and desire to succeed in a goal‑oriented role.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Atlanta, GA.

Structured onboarding program combining instructor‑led learning, self‑paced training, and hands‑on selling experience, followed by ongoing coaching, regular one‑on‑one sessions with manager, and continuous development to help grow skills and advance career.

On‑Target Earnings

OTE: "$86,000+ (Base + Commission)"
