3C Software is hiring a Senior Enterprise Software Sales Executive in Atlanta to expand market presence for our Impact

ECS enterprise costing and profitability platform. This full-time, on-site role focuses on selling complex enterprise software to manufacturing finance leaders and C-level executives.

About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Senior Enterprise Software Sales Executive will drive new business growth within mid-market and large manufacturing organizations. This role requires navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes, articulating business value, and leading consultative sales cycles from discovery through contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quota targets
  • Build relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, and operational decision-makers
  • Identify costing and profitability challenges and position Impact

    ECS as the solution
  • Partner with demo and marketing teams to deliver compelling presentations and ROI discussions
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through close
  • Collaborate with implementation consultants to ensure seamless customer transitions
  • Contribute to refining sales methodologies and territory strategies
  • Stay current on trends in manufacturing, cost accounting, and enterprise software
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (MBA preferred)
  • 3–4+ years of successful B2B enterprise software sales experience
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience managing long, complex enterprise buying cycles
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Preferred Experience
  • Background in financial or managerial accounting
  • Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based enterprise software
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial analytics platforms
  • Experience selling into manufacturing industries such as CPG, industrial, or automotive
