The Sales Operations Administrator provides critical operational support to the Junk Luggers National Accounts Sales Team. This role helps ensure sales activities run smoothly by managing documentation, coordinating onboarding & Master Service Agreements, maintaining CRM data, and assisting with reporting and customer communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Description:
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for sales managers and sales representatives.
- Prepare, format, and distribute sales documents including proposals, quotes, presentations, and contracts.
- Assist with order processing and follow‑up documentation.
- Coordinate internal handoffs between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
- Maintain and update National Accounts standard operating procedures within Operating System, ensuring job templates, pricing, and account configurations are current.
- Receive and process client COI requests, submit required certificate holder information to company insurance, distribute completed certificates to clients, and maintain records for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer and prospect information in CRM systems.
- Track sales activities, pipeline updates, and key account notes.
- Ensure accuracy of sales records, pricing information, and customer documentation.
- Prepare and distribute routine sales reports, dashboards, and summaries.
- Assist with tracking KPIs such as leads, conversions, revenue, and forecast data.
- Support sales leadership with ad‑hoc data requests and analysis.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal sales‑related inquiries.
- Respond to customer requests for information or documentation as needed.
- Ensure timely follow‑up on open sales and administrative items.
Required:
- 1–3 years of sales operation/support experience
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Data accuracy and documentation control
- Discretion and confidentiality
Preferred:
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Dynamics)
- Basic understanding of sales processes and terminology
- Experience with reporting, data tracking, or dashboards
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
