Location Requirement:

• Flexible onsite schedule: 4 days per week onsite, 1 remote day, at one of our BDA office locations:
  Atlanta, GA (ideal), Austin or Dallas, TX, Troy, MI, Indianapolis, IN.
• Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance of one of these offices.

Position Overview:

As a Program Account Manager, you will lead online sales initiatives for branded merchandise, optimizing product assortments, inventory, and marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary client contact for assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets, including pricing, promotional campaigns, and cross‑selling initiatives.
• Drive the strategic merchandise assortment plan aligned with client preferences and market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing to create online campaigns that increase traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales data and marketing performance using analytics tools to identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct competitive analysis to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience by optimizing product listings, navigation, and checkout processes.
• Work with Program Ops, marketing, and inventory teams for seamless execution of merchandising initiatives.
• Lead and develop program sales coordinators, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Coordinate with inventory team to manage stock levels, initial buys, re‑buys, and liquidation of discontinued items.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in e‑commerce sales management, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Strong knowledge of e‑commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online merchandising.
• Proficiency with data analysis and e‑commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills.
• Strategic thinker with a record of driving sales growth through innovative merchandising.
• Detail‑oriented and analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.

Compensation:
Base salary range $70,000 to $82,000, plus bonus opportunities. Compensation is based on location, skills, education, and experience.
