Sales​/New Business Development​/Recruiter​/Account Manager; desk

The Direct Hire Placement Consultant is responsible for full desk Sales and Recruiting activities for professional positions in a variety of industries.
This is a hybrid role and local candidates only need apply
. Please know that this is a sales position, and you will be required to sell every day and bring in your own orders. True New Business Development. This is not just an Account Management position.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Execute a sales strategy to acquire new business and grow existing business
• Achieve sales and recruiting metrics and meet billing goals
• Negotiate contract terms and fee agreements with clients
• Exhibit knowledge of the market and of the solutions and services that our company can provide
• Use traditional and nontraditional resources to identify, attract, and retain quality candidates
• Screen resumes and interview candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and obtain feedback regarding the interview
• Facilitate the employment offer and negotiation process
• Follow up with candidates to obtain feedback regarding the placement process

• Strong Staffing and Recruiting background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to effectively manage multiple demands, objectives, and deadlines
• Ability to sell top down at all levels
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills

• 2+ years full desk recruiting experience
• 2+ years sales or business development experience
• Strong experience in cold-calling in person and/or on the phone
