Hospice Sales Executive - North​/Northeast

We’re seeking a driven, compassionate Hospice Sales Executive to grow referrals across Gwinnett County and surrounding areas. This role focuses on building strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and facilities to drive hospice utilization.

Ideal for a top-performing hospice sales professional with local market knowledge, an established referral network, and a proven track record of results.

• You will be a high energy, compassionate, sales and marketing professional
• You will promote our Hospice's unique programs and services by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice.

• 2–5 years of recent hospice sales experience (required)
• Local candidate with strong knowledge of the market and referral landscape
• Proven top performer with an established network of referral sources (physicians, hospitals, facilities, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and expand relationships with diverse referral partners
• Experience using CRM/contact management systems to track and manage activity
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently
