We're growing and looking for a motivated In‑Home HVAC Sales Professional to join our team.

While this role is focused on residential sales, we provide the opportunity to gain exposure to light commercial sales, so you can expand your skillset without stepping away from the strong earning potential of residential sales.

• Typical hours:
  Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:30 PM
• Evening and weekend availability required as needed

• Meet with customers in their homes to evaluate HVAC replacement needs
• Professionally recommend heating and cooling solutions tailored to customer needs
• Educate customers on HVAC equipment and indoor air quality products
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal team members
• Follow up with customers through the sales and installation process
• Contact commercial customers regarding annual maintenance agreements
• Sell residential HVAC replacements and annual maintenance plans
• Schedule and manage sales appointments
• Build long‑term, successful client relationships

• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• 2+ years of consultative sales experience
• In‑home sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and follow‑up skills
• Comfortable working directly with homeowners in their residences
• Tech‑savvy; able to use company‑provided devices
• Goal‑oriented with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to access attics, crawlspaces, and equipment locations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
