Dr. Roof is a leading exterior‑construction firm serving residential and commercial clients, including multi‑family, HOA and other commercial properties across Metro Atlanta. We are seeking another Commercial/Multi-Family Business Development & Account Manager to join our team. Our new Commercial/Multi-Family Business Development & Account Manager will expand Dr. Roof’s footprint across Metro Atlanta by developing and managing relationships with property management firms, HOAs, and multi‑family/commercial decision‑makers to generate roofing, exterior renovation, repair, and construction opportunities. This role blends proactive prospecting with long‑term account management to win repeat and new business through consultative selling and disciplined territory execution.
Goals in a Typical Year- Sales target: $1.5M
- RFPs: ~80 net new RFP/RFQ opportunities
- New property manager / clients: 10–15
- Base salary: $72,000 + Multiple Ways to Earn Commission and Bonuses
- Annual OTE: $118,000+ (scalable higher for high performance)
- Company wide bonus:
Percentage of base— paid quarterly on company wide performance metrics - RFP bonus: $100 per replacement RFP (example: 80 × $100 = $8,000)
- Commission on gross margin of Roof Replacement sales
- Sales milestone bonus
- Commission on roof repair sales

- Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with property managers, HOA decision‑makers and commercial property managers
- Identify, qualify and pursue multi‑family and commercial RFPs/RFQs
- Prepare and support proposals, bids and client presentations to win contracts
- Manage accounts through project lifecycle; maintain client communication before, during and after projects
- Execute targeted marketing and networking plans; attend trade shows and industry events
- Track territory activities and KPIs; provide regular sales updates at bi‑weekly meetings
- Total sales (signed replacements and signed repairs) tracked weekly, monthly, and quarterly against the territory plan
- Number of net new RFP/RFQ opportunities generated - tracked weekly/monthly/quarterly (target: ~80/year).
- Number of net new clients added - tracked weekly, monthly, and quarterly (target 10–15/year)
- Volume of quotes/estimates produced and quote‑to‑close rates
- 7+ years of sales experience (business development, account management, territory/outside sales)
- Existing book of business and relationships with HOAs, property management companies and decision‑makers in Metro Atlanta
- Experience selling exterior services (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, painting, construction)
- Consultative sales approach; strong relationship‑building, presentation and territory management skills
- Self‑starter, independent, highly motivated and organized
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record (MVR necessary to drive company vehicle)
- High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2–3 references from prior managers/bosses
- Deep, active network of Atlanta property managers and HOA decision‑makers (CMA, Associa On Call , Homeside, similar firms)
- Proven track record of winning opportunities through relationships and RFP responses
- Active in industry associations
