We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to represent our Entry Door Division for the commercial line of business in Atlanta and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include selling hollow metal doors, wood doors, specialty doors, door hardware, automatic operators, and electronic hardware.
Job Responsibilities- Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our entry doors and related products and services.
- Build sales with commercial and industrial building owners/managers, colleges, K‑12 schools, municipalities, and hospitals in the Atlanta area.
- Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of two (2) years of B2B sales experience calling on hospitals, schools, and municipalities.
- Preferable experience of at least two (2) years in outside sales.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with contacts at all levels, along with a high sense of urgency and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems is preferred.
