, a DH Pace Company Inc. subsidiary, is hiring a New Construction Sales Representative in Atlanta, Georgia to specialize in dock levelers, shelters, and safety trailer restraining devices. The role focuses on introducing commercial customers to products and services in Atlanta and surrounding areas.

• Establish and foster long‑term relationships with general contractors in Atlanta and nearby areas.
• Meet with decision makers to engineer door solutions for customers’ facilities.
• Develop scopes of work for each proposal and personally handle every detail from initial call to closing the sale; require proficiency with Windows programs and sales tools and ideally experience with blueprints/plans.
• Achieve sales objectives set by management, track and record sales leads and activities, and actively participate in sales meetings.
• Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
• Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of three (2) years of outside sales experience calling on general contractors, distribution and industrial markets.
• Strong aptitude for technical applications and/or mechanical systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints; prior estimating experience generating proposals and submittals is a plus.
