Sr. Manager Off-Premise Distributor Lead

Summary

The Sr. Manager, On & Off-Premise Distributor Lead oversees distributor and key account relationships within the assigned Georgia market, driving sales, depletion and KPI performance for Moët Hennessy brands. This role leads account strategy and execution, coordinates with distributors and field teams to deliver brand programs and activations, and supports market-level planning and reporting. The position is remote-based in Georgia with frequent in-market travel and a hybrid work schedule.

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned distributors and communicate brand guidelines and expectations.
• Track distributor and account KPIs, take corrective action, and drive sales and depletion targets.
• Sell Moët Hennessy brands into on- and off-premise accounts and develop bespoke activations and programs.
• Build and maintain key account plans, visit accounts to monitor performance, and provide education and trade advocacy.
• Partner with Field Trade Marketing, Experiential Development, and distributor teams to execute programs and ensure order execution.
• Lead and develop account lead(s) in market and support role execution and career development.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of professional sales and marketing experience in wine and spirits, with strong distributor network knowledge.
• Proven ability to build key account relationships, influence stakeholders, and manage budgets and financial targets.
• Frequent in-market travel and driving required; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform onsite activations as needed.
