We are growing — and we’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative to grow with us.

This role combines inside sales, outside sales, and face-to-face prospect engagement to drive results across a large and opportunity-rich territory in the Atlanta metro area. You’ll thrive here if you are a self-starter with a strategic mindset, strong consultative selling skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

What You’ll Do

In this high-impact role, you will:

  • Execute a targeted sales strategy to identify and win new business with mid-size clients
  • Drive prospecting efforts through a mix of phone outreach, email, networking, and in-person client visits
  • Use consultative discovery conversations to uncover client pain points and position Focus People’s tailored staffing solutions
  • Create and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals that address each client’s unique challenges
  • Close new business and collaborate with internal service teams to ensure a seamless transition and excellent customer experience
  • Manage and expand existing accounts through relationship building and solution alignment
  • Maintain a well-organized, up-to-date pipeline in CRM
  • Stay informed about staffing industry trends, client challenges, and competitive movement

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to confidently lead discovery meetings and present tailored solutions
  • Comfortable with both high-volume outreach and in-person client meetings
  • Professionalism, persistence, and resilience
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and strong organizational skills
  • A results-driven mindset and a strong sense of personal accountability
  • Local to Atlanta with reliable transportation
