Technology is transforming how fans engage with teams, venues and live events. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a key role in driving that transformation by helping sports and entertainment organizations solve complex business challenges with innovative technology solutions.
You'll join a team that combines industry expertise, entrepreneurial energy and a passion for delivering results. Working alongside Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing and Implementation teams, you'll create meaningful partnerships with industry leaders while expanding the reach of Global Payments solutions across the sports and entertainment this role, you’ll own the full enterprise sales journey, from identifying new opportunities to building long-term strategic relationships.
You'll create growth, influence technology decisions and drive measurable business outcomes for clients and Global Payments. Your ability to connect business goals with innovative solutions will help shape the future of commerce and fan experiences.
What you'll own Drive new revenue growth by identifying, developing and closing strategic opportunities across the sports and entertainment industry.
Build and execute account strategies that create a strong pipeline, accelerate sales cycle performance and deliver sustainable business growth.
Influence executive, operational and technology stakeholders by connecting business challenges with solutions that create measurable value.
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through contract execution, creating momentum that drives successful outcomes for clients and Global Payments.
Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders and key decision-makers, positioning Global Payments as a strategic technology partner.
Expand business opportunities by identifying cross-sell potential and creating long-term account growth strategies that increase client value.
Shape solution strategies through collaboration with Sales Engineering, Product and Implementation teams to deliver tailored proposals and successful client outcomes.
Drive forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility through disciplined opportunity management, enabling informed business decisions and predictable growth.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
Five or more years of experience in enterprise sales, account management or business development within business-to-business (B2B), sports technology or entertainment technology environments.
Demonstrated success closing large, strategic accounts and driving measurable revenue growth.
Experience navigating complex enterprise buying processes, responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and negotiating long-term agreements.
Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior leaders and influence decision-making.
Deep understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions and the sports and entertainment technology landscape.
Experience using Salesforce and other business tools to manage opportunities, forecast performance and drive results.
