You’ll also have the opportunity to plan exciting resident events and apply your marketing skills to promote our luxury lifestyle.### ###

* What You’ll Do:

* ** Be the face of AMLI Lenox** &
** AMLI Flatiron**– Greet and engage with prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight the unique features of our communities.
* ** Drive occupancy success** – Convert prospects into residents through relationship-building, follow-ups, and strategic marketing via phone, internet, and social media.
* ** Ensure smooth leasing processes** – Handle all administrative tasks, including lease preparation, documentation, and accurate data entry.
* ** Create an exceptional resident experience** – Provide prompt, high-quality customer service to new and existing residents, addressing any requests or concerns.
* ** Market & network** – Foster relationships with local businesses, apartment locator services, and community partners to generate traffic and maintain visibility.
* ** Be a brand ambassador** – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and AMLI’s unique value to maintain a competitive edge.
* ** Host unforgettable resident events** – Plan and execute community events that enhance the resident experience and strengthen our sense of community.###

* ** 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience** – Experience in leasing or real estate is a plus!

* ** Availability to work Saturdays (Sundays off!)*
