We are seeking candidates for part‑time and full‑time positions. Must be available to work the shifts outlined below.

• Weekdays 6:30 am – 2 pm and must have Saturday & Sunday availability
• Weekdays 2 pm – 9 pm and must have Saturday & Sunday availability

We are seeking candidates to work 15‑25 hours per week.

• $14 per hour + commission to start
• Free IR sauna membership (bring a friend or partner for free)
• Paid training hours
• Uniform: branded t‑shirt, solid black athletic pants/shorts, clean kicks

• Sales & customer service
• Experience in a spa or health/wellness environment
• Proficiency in Mind Body Online and Axle CRM
• Knowledge of the science behind IR, Red Light Therapy and chromotherapy
• Being part of an innovative boutique health & fitness community

• Warmly greet customers by name
• Check guests in and give studio tours
• Promote the benefits of IR saunas & studio membership
• Sell memberships & packages and earn commissions
• Use our software to manage appointments and make sales (Mind Body software experience is a plus)
• Help support management by taking inventory or submitting Amazon orders
• Routinely check restrooms for cleanliness
• Clean studio & individual sauna rooms between guests
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
• Check Prospr for team communication and important updates
• Assist with administrative duties such as texting leads and membership assistance

• Desire to positively contribute to a team‑oriented environment
• Enjoy helping clients feel good by offering a health‑focused service
• Passionate about health and wellness
• Comfortable with the sales process both in‑person & over the phone (we’ll train on scripts)
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all guests and team members
• Positive vibe, can‑do attitude
