Territory Sales Rep – Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting New Business (includes B2B door‑to‑door cold calling)
  • Develop Lead Generation and Utilize CRM to Track Activity
  • Sell and Set Up New Accounts
  • Manage Accounts you sell
Training and Development

New hires can expect three weeks of corporate training within their first 24 months, with the potential for additional Senior TM training and management training further into their career. All trainings take place in Little Rock, AR and are led by the Executive Development Team. New Territory Managers are integrated into the “Fast Start Program” immediately after basic sales training in Little Rock.

The program includes 3 months of in‑the‑field training with Upper Management.

Requirements
  • 0‑2 year’s sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (business, marketing and/or communication courses)
  • Involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly recommended)
  • Natural enthusiasm and energy
  • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
  • Determination to be part of a winning team
  • Burning desire to be successful
Compensation
  • Base Salary of $40K + Uncapped Commission
  • $500 Monthly Car Allowance + Reimbursement for gas receipts
