This role involves driving profitable sales growth by prospecting new accounts, retaining existing ones, and expanding opportunities with current customers across core and emerging markets. The position requires operation of a Company or Personal Vehicle, with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

The pay range is $53,500.00 to $65,600.00 annually, plus annual bonuses. Actual pay depends on skills and experience.

• Develop and maintain strong sales relationships across organizational levels.
• Manage sales volume with existing customers while acquiring new ones.
• Implement plans to expand business in the assigned area.
• Share market insights and collaborate on sales strategies.
• Attend trade shows, regional, and national activities as required.

• Work requires increasing independence, with guidance only on complex issues.
• May provide guidance or training to junior personnel.
• Primarily seated work, with occasional light lifting and movement.
• Overnight travel less than 10%.

• BS/BA in a related discipline, with 2-5 years of experience; MS/MA with 2-4 years of experience preferred.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s in business administration and 3+ years B2B sales experience.
