Position Summary
The Branch Sales Professional drives revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer‑focused approach. This role identifies customer needs, recommends tailored solutions and builds lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long‑term value.
Responsibilities- Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls, and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
- Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations of wood‑destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests; prepare proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
- Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.
- Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
- Operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping it and other equipment clean and in working order, adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.
- 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces (basements, attics, crawl spaces, etc.).
- Earn and maintain state‑required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Weekly pay, paid sick and vacation time, and 10 company‑paid holidays.

- Hourly base pay of $15 plus commission; most team members earn between $60,000 and $90,000 depending on sales.
Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting. Requires clear vision for both close and distant tasks, with adjustable focus. Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions. Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required. Moderate noise level in the work environment.
