Position Overview:

The Commercial Coordinator will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships across the Latin American market, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving commercial growth. This role requires a proactive, organized, and hands-on professional who can navigate complex client needs while fostering long-term partnerships, working closely with both the U.S. and Brazil teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain existing client accounts, ensuring consistent service quality.
• Identify opportunities to grow the commercial portfolio and develop new business.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing challenges and providing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategies with operational execution.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to support business development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in sales, client management, and portfolio growth, preferably within industries such as nitrocellulose, pharmaceuticals, ink, chemicals, or similar sectors.
• Strong organizational skills, proactive and hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication abilities: assertive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling demanding clients.
• Desired: proficiency in Spanish.
