Role DescriptionWe are looking for a field-driven, high-energy Regional Sales Manager ready to hit the ground running across the Eastern and Southern United States, with a primary focus on AI data center fiber infrastructure.

- Maintain and grow existing Tier 1 & Tier 2 carrier and broadband relationships alongside data center focus
- Support demos, evaluations, and technical presentations with internal teams

- Tier 1/2 carrier or broadband infrastructure sales background a plus
- Experience with fusion splicers, OTDRs, or fiber optic T&M equipment a plus — we will train the right person
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively — this is a field-first role
- Base salary $80,000 – $100,000 + uncapped commission
