ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Associate at Visionaire Partners, you will be responsible for new business development. Your role includes:
- Identifying prospective clients through targeted research, prospecting, Linked In, and networking.
- Meeting with decision-makers (HR Directors, CEOs, Dept. Heads) to understand their business goals and talent gaps.
- Developing and fostering relationships, positioning yourself as a go-to market expert.
- Conducting regular in-person client visits and cold calling.
- Consultatively sell by understanding client s goals, challenges, industry, and project plans.
- Partnering closely with our internal Recruiting Team to ensure they understand the nuances of your clients needs for a perfect match.
- Managing the full sales cycle, from initial pitch and contract negotiation to closing the deal and post-placement follow-up.
- Monitoring client satisfaction continuously to ensure our partnerships remain strong and we are referred to new business units within the organization.
We are seeking high-energy professionals who can balance quality and quantity and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- 1–4 years of proven success in sales or account management or related degree.
- A passion for being client-facing and attending networking events to drive face-to-face interactions.
- Someone money-motivated who enjoys a challenging, rewarding environment that balances healthy competition and collaborative culture.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
