We’ll equip you with a multifaceted training program, including an industry‑leading learning platform, personalized coaching, and support to obtain professional designations. Training costs are subsidized during your first two full‑time contract years when you qualify.

We provide digital sales, prospecting, and marketing tools that help you attract and retain clients through web, social, and email content.

Our portfolio includes life insurance, annuities, long‑term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products such as mutual funds. You can specialize in areas such as wealth management, estate planning, and business solutions through our investment advisory division.

Agents set their own income through commission‑based compensation. In 2023, the average income for agents who met annual production requirements was $117,359. You are eligible for sales incentives and professional‑development trips for top performers. Full‑time agents receive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) and pension.
