Strategic Account Manager
We are looking for a dynamic Strategic Account Manager to join our regional team. This person will be responsible for driving Res Med brand prescriptions and managing strong relationships with our company’s key clients.
Location: Reasonable distance of Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities- Drive durable Res Med brand prescriptions, identify referral opportunities, and increase patient funnel by leveraging existing solutions.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships and engagement with clients to drive Res Med branded prescriptions as direct clinical and operational preference.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of client and patients’ needs to instill Res Med branded solutions from beginning to end of patient’s journey and reduce fallout.
- Shift client’s clinical preference from diagnosis basis to patient’s long‑term success.
- Plan and execute strategies with specialists to drive client adoption of Res Med branded solutions.
- Collaborate with support teams through sales process and long‑term implementation of solution(s) using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Professionally represent Res Med as the subject matter expert on the broad portfolio of products and solutions.
- A data‑driven mindset to identify how to effectively increase customer funnel.
- Ability to interpret key data/reports to clinically and constructively increase shares.
- Analyze client data to understand patient and provider relationship to offer Res Med brand solutions.
- Strong business acumen, build trust and credibility with client and gain their adoption of Res Med solutions and products as primary preference.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and adjust strategy to meet their needs.
Required:
- 5+ years of sales experience plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in top‑ranked medical device and/or pharmaceutical, B2B or B2C.
- Exceptional sales, negotiating and closing skills.
- Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM platform.
- Excellence in all forms of communication, effective communicator in upstream and cross‑channel collaboration.
- Motivated, execution and results focus with accountability for continuous improvement.
- Team player with strong work ethic and a can‑do attitude.
- Ability to travel throughout territory as necessary to achieve results.
