This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Manager located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the showroom team, and providing an outstanding client experience. Key duties include fostering strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, coordinating showroom displays, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The role involves collaborative problem-solving, leadership, and ensuring the showroom aligns with the company's design principles and aesthetic vision.

• Experience in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
• Proven expertise in Sales and building long-term client relationships
• Ability to effectively manage and optimize Showroom operations, including maintenance and presentation
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve business goals
• Knowledge of interior design, luxury products, and the home improvement industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, or a related field is a plus
